Welcome to Printmonster Redditch Limited. These Terms and Conditions explain how we supply our print services, signage, workwear, and vehicle graphics in the UK.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Definitions

Goods – Printed products, signage, graphics, branded garments, and supplied items
Services – Design, print production, installation, vehicle graphics, signage, workwear branding, and related services
Order – Any confirmed quotation, written acceptance, or instruction to proceed

3. Contractual Priority

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any terms supplied by the customer, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless agreed in writing by Printmonster.

 

4. Scope of Works

  • The scope of works is defined by the quotation, written confirmation, or approved artwork.

  • Any additional work, amendments, or variations requested after approval may incur additional charges.

  • Printmonster is not responsible for assumptions, verbal instructions, or expectations not documented in writing.

  • Changes to materials, specifications, or installation requirements must be agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • All information, artwork, measurements, and instructions supplied are accurate.

  • Vehicles, garments, or installation areas are presented in suitable condition.

  • Access is available at agreed times for installation or collection.

  • They hold the necessary permissions for signage, graphics, or branding (e.g., landlord approval, planning consent).

  • The vehicle or property is insured and suitable for the requested work.

Printmonster is not liable for delays or issues caused by missing, inaccurate, or incomplete customer information.

 

6. Quotations & Orders

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are confirmed once accepted in writing and any required deposit is paid.

  • Changes after confirmation may affect pricing and lead times.

  • Printmonster reserves the right to refuse any order.

 

7. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated.

  • Deposits may be required to secure production or installation slots.

  • Goods remain the property of Printmonster until paid in full.

  • Goods or services may be withheld where payment is outstanding.

 

8. Late Payment

  • Time for payment is of the essence.

  • Interest is charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.

  • Statutory compensation applies:

    • £40 for debts up to £999.99

    • £70 for debts between £1,000 and £9,999.99

    • £100 for debts of £10,000 or more

  • Additional recovery costs may be charged.

  • Work may be suspended or cancelled until overdue balances are cleared.

 

9. Cancellations

  • Bespoke or personalised products (including printed materials, signage, exhibition displays, and vehicle graphics) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Deposits may be retained if cancellation occurs close to production or installation.

  • Design‑only work may be chargeable if cancelled after work has commenced.

 

10. Artwork, Digital Proofs & Approval

  • All artwork must be approved in writing before production.

  • Digital proofs represent layout only; colours may vary between screen, proof, and final print.

  • Printmonster is not responsible for:

    • Spelling or grammatical errors

    • Layout or design issues

    • Colour choices or variations

  • Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed unless a paid colour‑matching service is agreed.

  • Production begins only after written approval.

 

11. Print Quality & Tolerances

  • Minor variations in colour, material, or finish are normal within industry tolerances.

  • Material textures, finishes, and print processes may affect final appearance.

  • Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed.

 

12. Vehicle Graphics, Vinyl & Wrap Services

12.1 Vehicle Preparation

  • Vehicles must arrive clean and free from wax, polish, or silicone products.

  • Additional cleaning may incur charges.

  • Adhesion issues caused by contamination are not covered.

12.2 Vehicle Condition & Paintwork

  • Customers confirm the vehicle is suitable for vinyl application.

  • Printmonster is not liable for:

    • Paint damage during removal of old graphics

    • Issues arising from repainted, repaired, or poorly maintained surfaces

    • Paint lifting due to unknown vehicle history

  • Vinyl will not hide dents, scratches, or imperfections.

  • Fresh paint must be fully cured (minimum 2 weeks recommended).

12.3 Installation Conditions

  • Installation times are estimates.

  • Jobs may be rescheduled if conditions are unsuitable.

  • Off‑site installations require a suitable indoor workspace.

12.4 Removal of Trims & Components

  • Trims or badges may need to be removed for best results.

  • Printmonster is not liable for breakages due to age, corrosion, or previous repairs.

  • Customers may be asked to remove components in advance.

12.5 Application Limitations

  • Seams, joins, and recess limitations are normal.

  • Perfect edge wrapping is not always possible.

  • These characteristics are not considered faults.

12.6 Aftercare

  • Hand wash only.

  • Avoid pressure washing edges, automated washes, and harsh chemicals.

  • Incorrect care may void warranty.

12.7 Warranty

  • Warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s material warranty.

  • Warranty excludes:

    • Improper care

    • Environmental wear

    • Stone chips, scratches, vandalism

    • Issues caused by underlying paint defects

 

13. Workwear & Garment Printing

  • Customer‑supplied garments are printed at the customer’s risk.

  • Printmonster is not liable for issues caused by unsuitable fabrics, coatings, or manufacturing defects.

 

14. Signage & Installation

  • Printmonster is not responsible for installation issues if fitted by a third party.

  • Installation dates may change due to weather, access, or site conditions.

  • Customers must ensure installation areas are safe, accessible, and compliant.

 

15. Delivery, Collection, Storage & Disposal

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • Items not collected within a reasonable timeframe may incur storage charges.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery.

  • Uncollected items may be disposed of after 90 days, with disposal costs chargeable to the customer.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Loss of profit

    • Loss of business or downtime

    • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

17. Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection law.

18. Force Majeure

  • Printmonster is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our control.

 

19. Complaints

  • Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery or completion.

  • We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

 

20. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
