Do not go elsewhere in Cannock..these guys are cost efficient, helpful and great quality. Printmr was recommended to me by a funeral home (O'Malley's...who, incidentally, are amazing!) as a 'very good service' family firm that might be able to help me. I was trying to make a last-minute memorial book for my mother containing all of her stories. The book ended up being a 300 page-long photographic book, in landscape, and I was working on it until the 11th hour before her funeral. Dean, Saskia and team were not only incredibly understanding and helpful but also allowed me to have extra copies for little additional cost. It meant a great deal to be able to give some of those copies out to her old friends at the funeral. Even though the shop had been closed for hours before the file finally went through on wetransfer, Dean emailed to reassure that they had it and would be able to do it on time. The quality was amazing! When I was putting together the order of service, I was really struggling with illustrator and it was taking me ages because of my lack of knowledge so I just went there in person and they gave me a mini tutorial that made all the difference.
